Evaluation

In order to improve your strength and enhance your fitness in the safest and most effective way, I first need to observe how your body moves.  Do you have parts of your body that feel “tight”?  Is it uncomfortable to put yourself in certain positions?  Have you been unable to achieve some fitness goal that is important to you such as a push up, chin up, 5K, or a loss of twenty pounds?  I will take you through a battery of tests that provide insight into the best approach to your training. 

*Please dress in workout clothing.  The evaluation lasts approximately 90 minutes.
